Review on LIBERTY 942205 Soft Close Bearing 22 Inch by Preston Molden

Image is not for sale. The blue soft close mechanism shown is for the Promark rail. The Freedom Guide has a different gray mechanism. The Promark has a flat edge while the Liberty has a ribbed edge. These instructions are not compatible with each other. I bought them (because of the picture) to add to the Promark guides. I had to finish some drawers that use 3 rails per shelf. I had to change the order to make sure I got all the same types for this project. However, I like the Liberty manual and find it more forgiving on installation. If your cabinets are a bit wide, it's imperative to add a slide so the soft-close mechanism can catch the pin on the part of the slide that mounts to the drawer.
