My dishwasher doesn't have a clean/ready indicator, it just makes a sound when the cycle is complete. I received this magnet without realizing that my dishwasher has a plastic front panel that magnets don't stick to. But this comes with a self-adhesive metal plate so you can stick it anywhere, on any surface! Pros: - the metal plate can be glued to any flat surface - the magnet itself is strong Cons: - the triangular shape is weird, I'd prefer a square or circle, but it reads well. In general I recommend!
