No Charger! Seriously, I checked this before buying and was sure the charger was included. The only things in the box were a computer with 10% battery and a piece of paper asking for a 5 star rating. That's all I can say now. Not happyUpdate - I contacted support. I was told that although the charger should have been in the box, there was nothing they could do. They said to just return it but it was a Christmas present for our daughter and that wasn't an option. Although there were many chargers available for purchase (which they suggested to me) I was told they couldn't just send me one, I would have to buy one and they wouldn't expedite shipping. In the end I received $30 in my account. The computer itself is great and I would definitely recommend it, but the whole experience left me with a sour taste in my mouth. I would advise against buying a refurbished one. That effort isn't worth saving a few bucks!
