So often I see kitchen gadgets that I think will only be useful, only to disappoint upon receipt - that is absolutely not the case with this gem from DLD! Like many others, my kitchen has a cupboard. with a stack of sieves. These trays with slots or holes stack on top of each other and take up valuable storage space, but they're necessary, which is why we have them. There is a better way - and this is it! I was so deeply impressed by this article. First, it works great as a strainer, filtering out water when I'm rinsing veggies, rice, beans, or fish. The handles slide out so the colander can be placed on the sink for easy rinsing. When you're done, the entire device is easy to clean in the sink or in the dishwasher. Once cleaned it folds flat and takes up less than 2 inches for storage - absolutely brilliant! This is definitely my favorite kitchen gadget I've found in a long time!
