I am very, very disappointed. I have long relied on diapers to keep me on my feet pain free during the day so I can lift and transport patients to rehab. The arch support!, lateral stability, and cushioning of the plantar surface was a godsend for protecting my feet, knees, and back. These sneakers are the second pair I've tried now to replace my used ones and my feet are KILLING! My knees move and my back keeps twisting. There is almost no cushioning in this shoe. The vaults aren't the same as they used to be, but the backdrops are rock solid! It hurts from the moment I put them on to the moment I take them off after work! Such a shame!
