Purchased in September 2016 and on January 27th 2018 the USB connector broke and I can no longer charge it. The sound quality is good, as is the battery life. I haven't heard any complaints from people I've played with about the mic quality or background noise. And they are comfortable. If I looked down they would start slipping off my head. However, the build quality leaves a lot to be desired. After about 6 months the material of the ear pads started to peel off. It didn't change the comfort, but it looked terrible. After 9 months, the plastic coating of the band tore. Sometimes they seem flawed. For example, if I turn it on before logging into my account, the volume goes to maximum and I can't turn the mic off until I turn it off and on again. For the past few months, they would randomly turn off a few seconds after turning them on and then work fine. I bought them mainly because they had a metal band instead of plastic and I've had a few headsets where the bands have snapped. After all, they didn't last longer than the last two pairs I had with plastic ties. If LucidSound doesn't improve their build quality, I'd drop them.
