I like that you can have multiple options to choose from when it comes to selecting your favorite option, as well as being able to customize what is shown to each user depending on their role within the organization. The application has been very stable while also allowing my team to be more efficient with our work flow. There isn't anything at this time that I dislike about using the software. It does everything we need it too! We're able to use one system to manage cases throughout our office instead of having separate systems set up within different departments. With ecourt, we've actually reduced our overhead costs by over $20k per month since implementing the solution.
