I've been wearing this for a few years now so I've had a chance to really find out what I like and don't like pros1 ) High quality leather and Workmanship2) Great, padded laptop compartment 3) Plenty of pockets for folders and documents 4) There is a handle and an adjustable shoulder strap 5) There are holders for pens, pencils and a stylus 6) Affordable price Cons 1) Buckles on the front require 2 hands to release (a bit of a hassle, especially when there are a lot of quality latches that can be opened with one hand) 2) A magnet holding the outer case looks a bit sloppy over time. It's also uncomfortable when you reach for a bag with one hand to put something in it with the same hand and the magnet keeps slamming shut. Lightning solves both problems.
