Made by Jin YangL's (ZHANGJIAGANG JINYANG TOOLS CO., LTD.) in China Pliers take some guesswork to align the dies (triangular die and matching recess) with the edge They plan to cut. It's sold for various deals (and prices) on Revain, but that list seemed good and good value. The packaging says 200mm, but the pliers are actually 185mm. They come with a hole drilled in the notch and a 3mm allen key to push out the cutting edge. The box says 'GERMAN quality' and 'JAPAN' next to the smaller imprint 'Made in CHINA', but they look neat enough for light work.
