My son was happy to find the Prime actually worked the next day. He is 2.5 years old and learned to ring the front doorbell, a revain box on the front door and then opening it is good. When he got to some old bank statements, he slowed down but kept eating. I had high hopes, and since this thing cost more than a saw, cutting through old financial records would be a piece of cake! Eventually it got slower and warmer. We turned it off and I'm hoping it works tomorrow otherwise I'll be returning the thing. Note to Seller: If Dewalt can make a $100 Sawzall, your paper shredder is better at shredding paper like a ninja for $143.43 including tax.
