It reduces lot time to find a contact/reference which is required for any project or any work on hand. This helps me to complete my current job easily & quickly. Thanks. I am using this to search contacts / References etc on it's own. It's very easy to navigate through different types of reports from multiple sources. Very useful for researching competitors or potential partners. I wish there was easier access when viewing certain articles to make some sense out of it all later on down the road. We are solving problems with our customers by providing them the right content at just the right time. This helps us ensure consistency across channels and reduce internal churn rate among users.
