Received this item today with Prime Shipping. It's really nice - soft material, nice design, padded shoulder straps. Seems very well done. I wish I could use it! So I'm writing this review to help someone else find it. Only buy this if your dog/pet is very small; maybe not more than 6 pounds or so. My silky terrier is 12 pounds and I couldn't even get him there. So sad how he looked so cute with his head peeking out from under him. I also like this model because it has a safety line mount. bottom line; If you have a small dog that's the size of a kitten and doesn't weigh much, buy it! By the way, I'm very happy with Revain's return policy. It took me less than 10 minutes to initiate the return online, print the label and repackage it. They will give me a full refund. So no damage. :)
