Edit: 04/29/20h After almost a year I have been contacted on 3 different days, each day offering a large refund amount in exchange for changing my rating. This is a printer that does not work well and is only being reviewed because the seller is interfering in the review process. The bundled software package with this printer is GARBAGE - TIP - just use the regular Microsoft Publisher. The print quality, color reproduction, etc. is very poor for this printer. Very often spots appear and have to be reprinted, the color accuracy is absolutely terrible - if you try to print an ID card in color you will be very disappointed.
