Perfect for hanging shirts (as it's supposed to be)

YES, you need to screw in the hook, it takes 2 seconds each time. so stop whining about it. They are well made and have been using them for a few months now! They're perfect for what I need (they don't leave nipple marks on shirt shoulder!) All things considered!
