Ordered this expecting a genuine product. When I received the product, the first thing I looked for was the Samsung hologram sticker that all genuine products have. I couldn't find it anywhere on the box, but I thought maybe it just wasn't in the box. The box said the charger was manufactured on 12/20/2017 so the serial number would still be considered genuine no matter how recently manufactured. My next idea was to register my product on the Samsung website. Yesterday I registered several products on the Samsung website without any problems. When trying to register the product on the Samsung website, an invalid serial number was reported. I called Samsung to try and register my product as I thought there might be a problem with the online registration system. However, even Samsung could not verify the authenticity of the serial number. I called Revain to get a replacement but I think I'll spend money at a retail store to get a verified genuine product. ATTENTION TO THE BUYER.
