Programming requires learning, especially since the manual doesn't say that some things require using a computer app, you can simply don't use an app to create them. I used tech support once and they were very helpful and sent a few emails back and forth to resolve other issues after we broke up on the phone. One thing I don't like at all is when you use an app or app to connect to Logitech servers. I haven't had any issues with not connecting, but it looks like the remote is useless without internet or if their servers go down. It also means they can end support at any time, leaving you with a useless universal remote. The Alexa integration still needs some work, but overall it works. Another disappointment is how often the remote syncs. Although I haven't made any changes in weeks, about 1 out of 5 times I take it out to use I have to wait for it to sync. less than a minute, but when I pick up the remote, most likely I want to use it right away, not wait. Another annoyance described in other reviews, to skip chapters you have to hold down the forward or rewind button or you'll fast forward or rewind. That's a major downside for a remote that costs over $200 alone. You had to halve each button to add skip buttons or just place them on the remote. Most of my reviews are complaints because I gave it a 5 star rating. I recommend it, of course, but rather than rave about the good stuff, I'd rather list my frustrations out for others. Complaints usually help me more because I can use them to decide whether I can live with the device.
