I've had these since 2016, but only used them a few times. Last night, one stopped working and today I was trying to fix it/change the battery. As soon as I opened the compartment (removed the 4 tiny screws), the insides fell apart (see photo). I tried several times to get it back together, but after at least 1/2 hour of trying, couldn't get it right. I would happily pay twice as much for a pair of these gloves with better wiring, better fit, and better access to changing the battery.A few weeks after I posted this, I heard from support@usamazer.com who offered to send me a new pair. I received it recently, and tested it. It seemed much better made and worked fine. In addition, they sent me 4 backup batteries. I am going to raise my rating to 5 stars for the excellent customer service!Still appreciate the service in replacing the gloves, but just started using them this week and found one glove only partially worked. the lights were weak and the blue didn't show. I changed the batteries (the ones I removed were spent), and even though the apparatus didn't fall apart like before, the lights wouldn't work at all. I tried the batteries upside down and rightside up (as when I opened it they immediately fell out and I didn't know how to put them in properly).I looked at the functioning glove and found the battery apparatus is different. This second picture was taken after I had placed good batteries (I tested them to be sure) and compared it to the glove that still works (quite well!). Perhaps I got a faulty lot number on the one that doesn't work!Dug around in my glove box and found the second glove I had attempted to fix was the other glove of the pair that didn't work (the one glove had worked the year before and its partner died). I found the functioning glove and it works fine! My apologies for thinking it was the new glove. I now have 2 working gloves and have been using them a couple of times a week!
