Best support team I have ever met! They are extremely helpful. Helped me in resolving security vulnerabilities that were causing issues for my website as well as help with getting an SSL cert installed. Have not used their DNS service but it looks really good to be honest. Support questions do get addressed within minutes if you ask them during business hours (US West Coast) or they may respond later in the day by PM once again. Be patient with your technical problems. Sometimes things take time. Their customer care service is amazing though and they will answer any question quickly. You guys need to fix some things like DDOS protection features/services since those are missing right now even when using paid plans from other providers such as CloudFlare etc.. It's free plans only. My main priority was protecting against threats but the product still has major room for improvement in this area. We also faced performance concerns so I am very happy how it improved over time The customer service was great! I have never had any problems with them throughout my entire relationship as their client/customer (over 10 years now). They are always willing to help you out when something goes wrong or if there's ever an issue they don't know how resolve it will be resolved quickly by someone who does understand your problem very well - this has been true for me over all those many yrs in business together so far!!
