I was able to attach it myself without too much trouble, used a few pins to hold it in place so thanks to those who suggested! I found the center point on the skirt and pinned it to the feather at the foot of the bed, slipped the elastic side over the top of the bed, adjusted the corners and sides, also with a few pins, and voila! The color looks beautiful, it's light but hangs well, I ironed it first but I was expecting it! And I have a large bed so I wasn't sure how it would look as one size should fit both a large bed and a single bed but looks ok there is still assembly to do so I'm with mine Purchase satisfied!
