My Pineapple Green Cheek Conure was scared of it at first when I put it next to its cage so I gave it a few days and then it fell I got the idea to put familiar toys on it. I put his favorite treats on the tray. Now he loves it. I removed the swing. That's too small for these kind of birds. Instructions were minimal, just pictures from the Amazon site, but it came together pretty easily.
