It’s meh - on me. I bought this in 2 colors, both size small. I’d prefer it more loose fitting and probably should have bought a medium. Not thrilled enough tho to warrant exchanging - returned both. The fabric isn't necessarily scratchy, but it isn’t soft. It isn’t see-thru but is a lighter weight. 32DD
