Only for a strong man who can open it. Not for me.

color nice.small.convenient.but.wait until you need to use it.so hard to open.clasp so hard to put on.kids can't use it.if it rains of course i'm already wet .the quality of the materials.i don't know.because it's not raining now.but maybe good for summer.just take the time to open it.and you have to make sure you have energy and strength. because it's really harddddd!
