Little dragon, the cord on one of the Velcro fasteners broke as soon as I unpacked it. so i'm already disappointed in its durability and don't have much hope for its durability. Capacity is decent, with plenty of pockets in the second compartment. Stretchy pen holders are better for XL markers than pens or pencils, unless you're likely to triple them. The mesh pocket for cables and co. has a fold at the bottom for expansion and keeps it neatly in place. The main compartment is very roomy (too roomy?), with plenty of room for a thick laptop. Personally I was hoping for my HP Envy to be a tighter fit, it has velcro to hold it in place vertically. horizontally it just has to slide and slide. There is also a thin cloth pocket for standard size paper (8.5 x 11). Small front pocket is unusual, small zip opening but large flat pocket. probably suitable for envelopes and brochures?Shoulder strap. not my thing, but it's part of it. All in all, this is a basic laptop bag. If this one breaks or breaks the zipper, I'll probably choose a different brand or model.
