I was very happy with the purchase and it was advertised for both large and small dogs. I have one for large dogs but it doesn't fit and I'm afraid to put it on. I don't know if I can get it back for a refund, if not I'll donate it to an animal shelter or something. But yes, I'm disappointed :( Sorry, update: you added an extra chord. Unfortunately, due to my dyspraxia, it took me a while to figure out how to put it together, but in the end I managed, and now it's so perfect and fits perfectly and i was afraid it might hurt his neck but it doesn't, all i have to do is a slight tug and it's a lot easier for him to go and deal with it , so thank you!
