I put 4/5 because the face is printed on both sides of the "mask". Mine, with a 7 5/8" head, was a pretty snug fit. If I wear it long enough, the mask starts to hurt a little, but I only wear it at semi-short intervals (usually an hour at a time) on my face. The print is nice and the material is pretty standard (soft thin cotton). As I said, the only problem I have with this mask and similar masks are two prints of the same item on the "mask" ". If you wear a cap, you will most likely be able to hide the face, which is behind your head.
