I bought this item for work. Since using these Mediabridge cables we have had intermittent connection problems. I'm dealing with a large company, so the blame has always shifted between IT and server connectivity, internet connection speed, and communicating with another office in the building, the actual device that was sending the data, like you name it - it is always something. I got really frustrated and asked the cable company to diagnose the physical connections and we ended up narrowing the problem down to these Mediabridge cables. Even with a brand new cable, we've had constant return failures. Even with a different Mediabridge cable pulled from another device, we've had constant failures to return. This happened last week and they replaced the cables with cables from another manufacturer and for the first time in years we have a consistently reliable connection with no data loss. I'm not sure what the problem with them is, but I've had nothing but trouble.
