Good for my use
This is an attractive gate and easy to fit. I wasn't able (even with my husband's help) to tighten the gate enough to fully fit the other end of the opening. To open the gate I just have to lift it up a bit (instead of turning the knob and lifting it up which I would have to do if the gate was fully installed). I bought this to keep my dogs in check and it does a great job. All I have to do is lift the gate up a bit to open the gate which is a plus for me as it's very easy to open but my dogs can't open it. I don't think it would work that well if I had kids.
