I ordered one at first because I was very skeptical, 4TB for less than $70? I received the drive promptly (same day), it was packaged like every other drive I received, in fact it was packaged in a Western Digital hard drive box which turned out to be the wrong way around, but it was very well packaged in hard drive cases and an anti-static bag. Inserted the drive into my HD document, it was recognized immediately and ready to be formatted, by the way it showed up as a Hitachi branded drive and a full 4TB is available. As this is a Hitachi I decided to order another one so I have 2 of these in my media storage docks which are currently around 26TB give or take a few GB. spinning to an earlier grave than my WD Green and Red (5400rpm) drives, that might be me, but they seem to run a bit warmer than the others, they're quiet and seem very stable, no vibration or anything else (I have read and tested writes a few GB at a time) For the price, even if they fail after a year, the game was worth it (data can be replaced at my place, I don't do backups or anything redundant) and are 69.95 for 4TB a bargain!
