Came in just like the picture shown.Fits my 2012 RAV4 like a glove, no gaps between the car's ceiling carpeting.Very sturdy and just a shade of grey different than the factory version but barely noticeable.Only problem I had was the missing installation instructions, had to look up a YouTube video and take pictures of the person's instructions manual in the video.Interesting enough, putting in this sun visor fixed my left center overhead light which wasn't working for a while. At the same time, my sun visor light doesn't always come on with the sun visor down, I have to pull the mirror slide open and push the visor all the back to the window and work it to the center position, then the light turns on. But that could have to do with the electronics not the visor.
