Works reliably and firmly.
Great gauge. With my 2010 Golf TDI I didn't need the full 1300-2200 range but it was a good price. I would give it 5 stars but it's still too bright for me on the lowest of the three brightness levels. Otherwise very reliable and works as expected. Oh, and one more thing, I'm not sure, but it looks like it has red LEDs that can be activated, but I don't know how - the instructions don't say anything about it. It would be great if you could set the warning temperature to turn the entire bar red to warn you to retreat. Just a thought. The sensor was of excellent quality and the wires were quite long. Also well protected by braid/armour.
