Stable and strong. Everything is like in restaurants. I needed something I could put in place of a radiator and withstand the heat and weight of my toaster ovens until new electricity came to my old house. That's great. It comes with wheels and foot pads. I feel like it's more stable on the footrests and I could use this to add an extra shelf under the radiator, but I like that I can move it with the wheels and clean up the mess more easily. I will be adding accessories over time, they have hooks and corner shelves where I've worked in the past and everything fits perfectly the way I need it! The shelf and pole clamps even stay in place, so you can easily attach everything to the top rails and pull the shelf onto the uprights without falling over. It was a lot easier than I expected. Excellent purchase.
