It was easy to create my profile and create clients with no hassle or hassles of creating new accounts for each client! I wish that it did not take me so long sometimes to upload documents. Sometimes when you are typing in an application there is nothing but white space until you hit submit which can be frustrating if your document doesn't fill up all the box's at once because then you have to start over again! But overall this program makes doing business easier than other programs we used to use (like LegalZoom). The ease of signing contracts and forms helps as well! I like that it is very easy for my clients' cases to be transferred between attorneys if needed (also an issue with other firms). The fact that all of our documents are saved online makes life much easier when we need access from home or out-of town. It's not as intuitive so some tasks can take longer then you'd expect but overall worth sticking around through those initial learning stages. We have been able to get answers faster in regards to how long certain processes will take.
