I bought this to help with storage near my desk as I have a lot of notebooks, books and other office supplies. I also wanted an elevated position for my fan because it can get hot sometimes when I'm doing something at my desk (computer towers give off a lot of heat after all, plus I live in Texas where it gets really hot) ). It's not the best option, especially in terms of materials, but it fits my space and functionally does the job. For those who don't know, the actual storage boxes/trays that attach to the cart are made of plastic. And the "wooden" board is fairly cheap but relatively durable. I wish the upper had a nicer finish, like some sort of waterproof coating, but you get what you pay for. I could always do it myself in the future. In fact, fortunately, the frame is metal (something like aluminium, I think). In general, for such a price, everything is fine, there are no complaints. I also bought at a discount so I'm not even mad. I would probably only use it for office use or as a food truck as it doesn't necessarily carry heavy items. (At least I wouldn't believe it). All in all, a great and inexpensive option if it fits your size and you're happy with the materials used.
