Easy integration with other applications, excellent customer service team supporting us during all phases from pre sale through implementation! Great way to manage multiple brands in one account/channel while allowing each brand autonomy. Reporting could improve but is generally pretty good already. Could use some workflows for agent approvals (especially around non business days). If you do your research properly there will be no problems that cannot get solved once they are known about. We want better performance reporting across our accounts in order to have improved overall accountability and control over spend within them as well as an added layer of transparency into business metrics such as KPIs. I like that it allows me to create custom fields with multiple options, and also gives me quick access to all my data from one place! It's not always easy when you're new to something to figure out how everything works together. But once you get used to using this software, it makes your job easier in so many ways! Our customer service department has been able to be more efficient, and we are saving money as well!
