Review on Credential Agent by Michael Willis

I like that it is easy, quick & painless for our team members to update their information when needed! It's also great in seeing who has updated an item compared with those still pending changes/updates - so we know which items need attention first. There isn't much you can dislike about this system at all as far as benefits go. The interface could be improved by allowing more space between each page of data. This would make things easier to read if there were lots of pages involved. Also, while some fields may seem long due to large amounts of characters allowed, they're not really too lengthy (i'm sure once your organization grows larger than mine though). So overall, very pleased with how simple yet effective this tool was from start-to-finish. We've been able to keep track of credential updates across many employees and vendors quickly and easily using this program alone.
