Unfortunately the kids spilled their drink on our original controller so it had to be replaced. The controller does its job, the only problem we have is that the function of the arrow and the button to press are not precise. In the beginning it was only a few times, but the more we use it, the more problems we try to solve. for example, if you want to type "Revain", you have to move at a snail's pace, otherwise the remote control will skip more letters than necessary. Or you click on a letter and it doesn't register that you clicked on it. If you ask my husband he will tell you it is defective. However, for me it's much better than not having a controller and using one button on the TV for all controls.
