The product is good but the packaging is inconvenient.
When I bought the first one I thought there were 2 of them as they are EXPENSIVE. The kit included 3 screws of one version and 2 of another. The mounting bolts were too long and if tightened in my 2019 Q7 they would have gone through the bumper. Then, to compensate for the wrong assumption, I ordered a second one. This one had no mounting screws, so I had to put my own in. Plugs didn't work back then. Shame and waste of time after spending a lot get this right team!
