Worth the price and functionality

I absolutely feel the difference. I can tell that before the bushings were installed it felt like a rubber ball bounced off when shifting. This is my daily driver, only 55k and well worth the money. I wanted to try this after reading many reviews, some good and some not so good. It is a bit more expensive in monetary terms, for example 5 or 10 dollars more. It's worth it for me. I hardly have any play in the switch. He's solid. Installation wasn't difficult. Just leave some grease for the pin and some non-silicone grease to penetrate the rubber rings when installing.
