Avoid this product. The metal is not thick enough to prevent deformation when handling foods such as steaks or grilled chicken. The material looks like thin aluminum that curls very easily. Consider Messer Meister products instead. I have an old pair of pliers of this brand that turned out to be beyond description. Today I have a longer pair of master knives. I will post a review.
