Review on Flash Drive Memory Christmas Snowman by Seth Wood

I've just compared the photos of the product to what I received. I noticed that the tree should have a brown "cap" (denoting the stump or base of the tree). What was in my package wasn't. I gave away 3 of these in a pack but I still have the tree. We're trying to find a replacement for him. Not sure how to do this as most of the items in the packaging were given away as cute stocking fillers. Any ideas? Do you have the feeling that the quality control was not done properly before running this product.
