Bought the 12" slides to finish a chest of drawer project I had just finished. These seemed like just the thing, price was right and the reviews seemed OK. I have to say that the do work fine. They do however need just a little more "umpf" to close than I would like, but the ball bearing slides have a nice flow when opening and closing. I did destroy one pair of the slides. I guess I didn't have the removable drawer box piece of the slide EXACTLY lined up when I was trying to reinstall a drawer and knocked some of the bearings out, destroying the very cheap tin bearing race. Other than that I'm pretty happy with these.
