Easy-to Use and User Friendly Call Center Solution

The best thing about this software is that it's very easy for new people who are not familiar with VoIP technology or Softphones like Lync client to use them easily without any problems they will face while using softphone in their office network. It has been almost one year since I have started working at my current place but if you want to switch from your old phone system then go ahead because there is nothing much which i dislike here as well. If anyone wants an excellent voice communication solution then he should definitely try out assuer 1 cloud telephony service provider. We were having some issues regarding our existing PBX Phone System so we decided to migrate all calls over to Aserer One Cloud Telephony Service Provider (AssurerOne). After migration everything was going smoothly until recently when suddenly after few days the call quality got reduced drastically!
