I had the top and bottom rolled up to fit a 30 " child

I have 3 pairs of these (green, yellow and brown) and I'm glad I can't see diapers through them. but I have to roll up my waist and ankles so my 30" kids don't slip on them when walking. I really like how thin the material is and feel comfortable with my kids wearing them on hot days to protect their skin .I'm drying them.I'm glad I have them.
