So are the reviews correct? Yes you. Headphones dangle even on a very large man's head. They don't fit well either. They are intended for stationary use ONLY. No amount of sport will help them. II. There are two (one blue, one green) tiny focused slow blinking light that shines so bright. that your significant other sleeping next to you in bed feels like you are carrying laser beams at night just to keep them awake! Realize that because the lights are pointing behind your head, YOU won't see this, but they will, and usually they will if they are directly in their eyes. (Or, if you sleep face down on a pillow, the ceiling above you will slowly blink and glow softly green throughout the night.) III. Noise-cancellation is excellent and works well with intended audio over Bluetooth - no dropouts. IV. I sleep seven hours a night and can last 4 nights on a single charge. Final verdict, my wife says she will sleep better if I cover the headlights with black marker or tape. Easy to fix. (last photo) I don't mind that they are free because I only use them as sleeping pills. Recommended but subject to the above.
