Not healthy, not what your cat needs

Cat food companies and vets sell the worst "food" made for cats. They often use tricks like "with vegetables", "whole grains" that seem healthy to humans because they are essential to our diet. Cats are carnivores - they only digest meat. They cannot effectively extract the nutrients from non-meat foods that are virtually absent in solid foods designed to fill and taste good for cats, while still providing the minimal amount of actual nutrients cats need . Soak a few pieces of any hard cat food in water for a few minutes and see how much it expands! You don't need them to "brush your teeth" - they do it like chew toys, scratching posts, plastics, etc., whereas in nature a bone would serve that purpose. In addition, cats drink too little water, especially as they get older. This is because cats are designed to get most of their water from the blood of the animals they kill and water from the flesh of the animals they kill. So wet food supplies this water and at the same time many other nutrients. Cats can be easily weaned from solid food - and that's the way it should be. Every vet recommends it - and the company behind it pays very well (seriously, google it!). There's a lot of scientific research behind an all-wet food diet, but still, you should be careful to avoid anything based on anything other than meat (no mixed veggies!).
