I bought these shoes for a vacation in Italy. I have about 16 pairs of other Vionics and love them. The shoes themselves are comfortable. However, the heel collapses when you slide your foot into the boot. I've even tried a shoehorn. it rubs against my healing. I got blisters. I could not return because I bought them in July, my trip was at the end of September. I am very disappointed as they were expensive and I can no longer wear them. It would be nice if an answer was given. Because of this pair, I will reconsider purchasing other Vionics products in the future.
