I needed a screen replacement before sending my phone back for an upgrade to come close to the full exchange price. I've never changed the screen so it took about an hour, I was very careful and double checked everything. Verdict: It worked and was fairly easy to do, so it came with all the parts needed to turn off the screen. NOTE: Initially, some parts of my screen were blurry. but settled down after some use. Don't worry, I think he just needed to warm up. Background: I didn't use the tools provided as I had a set of precision screwdrivers which looked more powerful. You MUST use a hair dryer or heat source to loosen the adhesive on the screen (recommended in the pictures attached to the video) otherwise the screen may not come off. One of the support video links in the email didn't work, but it really only requires the first video and they include several ways to access it.
