I was so excited to receive this I wrote. I spent a few days researching to find out what cart system would work best for my active 1 year old GSD. I come home from work and rush to check everything (strange, I'm glad about that) and I'm starting to notice blood on my hands. I was washing my hands and found a cut about 3/4 inch long on the index finger of my right hand... Okay, now I'll look at the details. Bam slapped the other finger again, but not as hard. The culprit has been found. A threaded carabiner attached to a 3 foot line will have 2 prongs protruding. Only different from spikes, only sharp at the end, they look like razors. No one was seriously hurt and I was able to fix the defect with a file but my daughter was playing with a yellow line and if it had been cut we would have done more than just write about the experience. This trolley was chosen because I believe the quality of the design was superior to others on the market. I'm also happy to pay more for a quality product. With a quality price comes the expectation of a quality product. I think quality control didn't check this. Hope nobody gets hurt.
