Cruelty-free, moisturizing, but doesn't reduce shadows or puffiness

I ordered this product because it's cruelty-free and I was intrigued by the ingredients. However, I don't feel like this product does anything for eye puffiness or shadows under the eyes. I found my old eye cream to be more effective in that sense. It does seem fairly moisturizing, even if the formula is a bit thin. So if you just need a little bit of moisture for your skin, this should do the trick.

It absorbs quickly into your skin, leaving no greasy residue

Cons

The product might not work well for individuals who are prone to eczema or rosacea
