In my capacity as an industry professional, I have had the privilege of collaborating with the FLEOR online store on a number of occasions. Despite the fact that they offer a diverse selection of products, I cannot claim that my interactions with the company have always been satisfactory. The quality of their items is one of the primary reasons why I am disappointed with FLEOR. Even though they sell a wide selection of musical instruments and accessories, the quality of some of the things they sell is not very good. I have on occasion received products that were broken or otherwise flawed, and the procedure of returning them may be both time-consuming and aggravating. Customer service is just another area in which FLEOR falls short. Even though their crew is courteous, they frequently lack the knowledge and competence required to provide good service. In order to get issues resolved to my satisfaction, I have occasionally been required to elevate them to top management. In addition to this, the FLEOR website can be challenging to browse, and the company's prices are not always competitive when compared to those of other online retailers. Overall, the FLEOR online store has a lot of room for improvement in terms of product quality, customer service, and pricing, despite the fact that it has a lot of potential. In my capacity as an industry professional, I am unable to endorse FLEOR at this time.
